The Mazaggs is located in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, between the Karwendel and Rofan mountains in the heart of Tyrol. It is about a 90-minute drive from Munich and less than an hour from Innsbruck. You can easily reach the hotel via the A12 (Wiesing/Achensee exit) or by train to Jenbach, from where a bus or shuttle takes you directly to the hotel.

The rooms and suites at the Mazaggs main building capture the spirit of Art Deco and reinterpret it in a modern, serene style. In the suites of the new wing, Asian-Mediterranean design elements are evident. Clean lines, carefully selected materials, and a design that leaves room for breathing define Mazaggs. Art plays a central role—it sets accents, tells a story, and makes every stay special. This creates retreats that allow you to unwind while simultaneously inspiring you.
Since our hotel is currently still under construction, we unfortunately must also account for unforeseen developments. For this reason, we cannot yet guarantee an opening by the end of 2026 at this time. You will receive a definitive confirmation in July as to whether your reservation can proceed as planned. Our time-out philosophy
Since we do not offer any special programs for children at our hotel, we recommend that guests with children be at least 10 years old. Our spa is a place of tranquility: the pool and clothed sauna area is open to guests aged 14 and older, while the nude sauna area is open to guests aged 16 and older.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, we can only accommodate dogs in select areas and subject to availability. Your four-legged companions are welcome on the terrace and in select restaurant areas.
