Benjamin Koidl—the “Culinary Architect” at Mazaggs—embodies respect for ingredients, a refined sense of taste, and the courage to try new things. This philosophy runs like a common thread through his entire menu.

Drawing on his many years of experience abroad and his collaboration with people from a wide variety of cultures, he and his team bring extraordinary culinary experiences and emotions back to his home region of Tyrol.

With calm, openness, and a strong sense of teamwork, he creates special moments that linger in the memory and are reflected at the table: a symphony of passion, expertise, and heart.

Hall

The Mazagg Hall preserves the character of the original building. Historic features and familiar details tell the story of the past and give this room its special atmosphere.

With a view of Lake Achensee, the hall is now a peaceful gathering place—for coffee, tea, or a moment to linger. A place to arrive and stay, timeless and welcoming at the same time.

Siegfried's

Siegfrieds Restaurant is a place for mindful enjoyment and peaceful evenings. In a stylish atmosphere, regional ingredients meet fresh ideas and international influences. Familiar flavors are reimagined, simplified, and presented with care.

The result is dishes that take time to create—and moments that linger.

The bar and terrace are places to meet—whether for an aperitif in the sun or a quiet way to wind down in the evening. Accompanied by carefully selected live music, these spaces create a relaxed atmosphere that invites you to settle in, stay a while, and enjoy yourself.
