Salary
The apprenticeship is conducted in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry. Compensation is based on the specific year of the apprenticeship. Working hours and the duration of the apprenticeship are in accordance with legal regulations.
Your tasks
- Work in the relevant department (e.g., kitchen, front of house, front desk)
- Gradual acquisition of basic professional skills
- Learning through observation, participation, and taking on responsibility
- Treating guests, colleagues, and the establishment with care
- Adherence to our quality and conduct standards
- Supporting the team in daily operations
