Your role: Designer of the appearance
At the spa, you’re like an actor in makeup before a performance—focused, attentive, and precise. With your calm demeanor, you create spaces where relaxation comes naturally, while also taking charge of the spa—further developing it and shaping its unique character down to the last detail.
Your tasks
- Further development of the spa concept in line with the hotel’s philosophy, as well as ensuring a cohesive guest experience
- Leadership, coordination, and development of the spa team, including scheduling and clear procedures
- Responsibility for treatment offerings, product lines, and quality standards
- Close coordination with hotel management and the front desk to ensure optimal positioning and utilization
- Careful management of resources and responsibility for financial aspects of the spa
- Providing high-quality facial and body treatments as well as personalized, empathetic consultations
- Creating a calm, trusting atmosphere and ensuring the highest hygiene and quality standards

Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a cosmetologist
- Professional and technical expertise, ideally in a comparable hotel category
- Experience in organizing or managing a spa area is a plus
- Ability to lead a team while also performing hands-on duties
- A natural flair for leadership, quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Enjoyment of helping people take a mindful break from everyday life
- A very high degree of empathy and professionalism
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- A meticulous, structured approach to work
- Fluency in German and advanced English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,641.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
