Your role: Soloist at the post

You take responsibility for your own station—working with precision, calm, and a commitment to craftsmanship. Like a soloist in an ensemble, you ensure that your part fits perfectly into the kitchen’s overall harmony. This results in a level of quality in every dish that shapes the overall experience. 

Your tasks

  • Preparation and presentation of dishes at a high level of culinary craftsmanship 
  • Careful handling of high-quality products 
  • Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation 
  • Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards 
  • Independent management and organization of your station
  • Preparation, service, and cleanup at your station
  • Close collaboration with the sous chef and kitchen team

Your profile

  • Completed culinary training 
  • Several years of experience as a chef de partie or in a comparable position
  • Excellent technical skills and a strong commitment to quality
  • A keen sense of taste, aesthetics, and attention to detail
  • Understanding that culinary quality is in the details
  • Precise, structured, and clean work style
  • Calm, reliability, and team spirit

Salary

The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,375.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
