Your Role: The Company's Lead Singer
You kick off the show. As the first voice and the first face our guests encounter, you also serve as the calm anchor in the background. You combine warm hospitality with meticulous organization and ensure that both the opening on stage and the behind-the-scenes operations flow seamlessly together.
Your Responsibilities
- Professional handling of reservations, inquiries, and bookings
- Maintenance of guest data and accurate documentation
- A warm, personalized welcome and care for our guests from arrival to departure
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Careful billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Close coordination with all departments of the hotel

Your Profile
- Experience working at the front desk or in the administrative department of a hotel
- Experience with the Casablanca hotel software system is a plus
- Strong service orientation and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Extremely high attention to detail, reliability, and a structured approach to work
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly, charming demeanor
- Fluency in spoken and written German
- Advanced English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,263.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant work experience, a significant salary increase is provided.
