Your role: Choreographer:in balance
Like a choreographer behind the scenes, you orchestrate the transition between rest and activity. You maintain a stable environment, structure, and sense of security, while providing targeted prompts for movement and renewed energy.
Your tasks
- Supervision and monitoring of the sauna, pool, and relaxation areas
- Conducting and assisting with sauna infusions
- Maintaining a calm, discreet presence throughout the spa area
- Preparation, maintenance, and follow-up of the spa and fitness areas
- Assisting guests in the fitness and exercise area
- Providing guidance on exercises and the safe use of equipment
- Providing personalized, simple movement and vitality exercises for guests
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, hygiene, and safety
- Close collaboration with the front desk and spa staff

Your profile
- Experience and/or training in fitness, wellness coaching, sports, wellness, or related fields
- Experience in sauna, spa, or bathing facilities is a plus
- Enjoyment of helping people unwind and recharge
- An understanding of different needs, stress levels, and situations
- Discretion and respect when interacting with guests
- A calm, pleasant demeanor and a confident presence
- A very strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous work ethic
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Fluency in German and advanced English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,165.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
