Your role: Keeper:in the standards
Just like a theater prop master, you ensure that every detail is just right. Nothing is left to chance; everything has its place. As Head of Housekeeping, you are responsible for cleanliness, order, and attention to detail in our 39 suites and public areas—consistently up to the hotel’s high standards. Your work plays a key role in shaping how Mazaggs is perceived: clear, well-maintained, and consistently of the highest quality.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for cleanliness, order, and quality in housekeeping
- Ensuring consistent standards in suites and public areas
- Monitoring cleaning quality with a keen eye for detail
- Working discreetly while guest operations are in progress
- Organizing, leading, and scheduling the housekeeping team
- Training and guiding staff in line with our values
- Close collaboration with the front desk and management

Your profile
- Several years of experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
- An understanding that attention to detail in cleanliness is key to well-being
- Very high quality awareness and exceptional attention to detail
- A structured approach to work and strong organizational skills
- Confident, calm leadership with clarity and reliability
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility when interacting with guests and the team
- Very good knowledge of German
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,375.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
