Your Responsibilities

Work in the respective department (e.g., kitchen, front-of-house, front desk, spa, or housekeeping)
Familiarization with procedures, standards, and work methods
Learning through hands-on experience
Supporting the team in day-to-day operations
Treating guests, coworkers, and the facility with care
Adherence to our quality and conduct standards

Internship Guidelines

The internship can be completed as a required internship (for school, vocational training, or college) or as a voluntary internship. The duration and working hours are to be agreed upon. Compensation is provided in accordance with collective bargaining agreements or statutory regulations.
