Your role: Guest role in the ensemble
You step onto the stage of everyday hotel life with a clear mission—as an active member of the team. At Mazaggs, you’ll work alongside the team in your assigned department, gain real insights, and take on specific tasks. You’ll be supported, guided, and taken seriously—and you’ll experience how quality is created through teamwork.
Your tasks
- Working in the respective department (e.g., kitchen, front of house, front desk, spa, or technical services)
- Familiarization with procedures, standards, and work methods
- Learning through hands-on experience
- Supporting the team in daily operations
- Treating guests, colleagues, and the property with care
- Adherence to our quality and conduct standards

Internship framework
The internship can be completed as a mandatory internship (for school, vocational training, or college) or as a voluntary internship. The duration and working hours are to be agreed upon. Compensation is provided in accordance with collective bargaining agreements or statutory regulations.
