Your Role: Supporting New Arrivals
At Mazaggs, you’re an integral part of the guest experience from the moment they arrive. As a bellhop, you’ll greet our guests with care and a friendly smile, assist them with their luggage, escort them through the hotel, and manage our valet parking service. With reliability, discretion, and a keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure that their stay gets off to a special start right from the very first moment.
Your Responsibilities
- A warm welcome for our guests upon arrival and departure
- Assistance with luggage service and escort to the room
- Professional handling, secure parking, and preparation of guests’ vehicles
- Picking up and transferring our guests from the train station
- Assistance with guests’ minor requests, errands, and service needs
- Close collaboration with the front desk

Your Profile
- A neat and well-groomed appearance and a friendly, respectful demeanor
- A positive demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of interacting directly with guests
- Basic knowledge of German and/or English for simple communication with guests
- Class B driver’s license is absolutely required
- Careful handling of guests’ vehicles
- Attentive, helpful, and service-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and willingness to provide flexible support throughout the facility
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,026.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant premium is provided.
