Your role: Protagonist in service
You’re at the center of the evening’s action—in direct contact with our guests. As a service staff member, you’re both a host and the face of our establishment. With attentiveness, charm, and a keen sense of timing and atmosphere, you shape every interaction so that our guests feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of.
Your tasks
- Warm, professional service for our guests in the restaurant and bar areas
- Active, expert advice on food and beverages
- Ensuring a smooth, organized service flow
- Attention to detail and individual guest requests
- Mise en place, as well as preparation and cleanup of the service area
- Close collaboration with the kitchen, service management, and the team

Your profile
- Completed training in the hospitality industry
- Several years of experience as a Chef de Rang in a 4- or 5-star hotel is a plus
- Strong service orientation and a passion for working with people
- Wine knowledge is a plus
- Friendly, natural demeanor; attentive and reliable
- Team spirit and willingness to help
- Very good German and good English skills
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,375.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
