Your role: Service Director
As the Restaurant/Bar Manager, you lead the team. You set the structure and pace, coordinate operations, and ensure that quality is evident in every aspect of the experience.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for service in the restaurant and bar areas
- Ensuring a consistently high level of service and quality
- Attention to detail, timing, and atmosphere
- Discreet and professional handling of guest requests and concerns
- Serving as a role model in guest interactions: warm, confident, and attentive
- Organizing workflows and shift schedules
- Leading, training, and developing the service team
- Close collaboration with the kitchen, front desk, and management
- Supervision and training of apprentices and interns

Your profile
- Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the 5-star hotel industry
- A strong understanding of high-quality, contemporary, and excellent service
- In-depth knowledge of wine and a passion for actively advising guests
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and a motivational approach to working with employees
- Professional demeanor, ability to handle pressure, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,707.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
