Your role: Curator of the evening
You take center stage in your own way within the establishment’s ensemble: the bar. While the show continues in the restaurant, you set your own tone here. With professional skill, a calm demeanor, and a keen sense of people, you shape the atmosphere. You know when to take the spotlight—and when to step back and let others shine. This creates a place with character that completes the overall experience of the evening.
Your tasks
- Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
- Preparing for and cleaning up after bar operations, setting up the necessary mise en place
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and organization in the bar area
- Providing personalized, attentive service to guests at the bar, advising on beverage selection
- Entering all orders into the POS system and performing accurate cash register settlements
- Close collaboration with service management and the service team

Your profile
- Experience as a bartender in the upscale bar/hospitality sector, ideally in the 4- or 5-star hotel industry
- Excellent product and sales knowledge
- Additional qualifications, such as a spirits sommelier certification, are a plus
- Friendly, charming demeanor
- A structured and meticulous work style, with a passion for quality and attention to detail
- Well-groomed appearance, positive and engaging demeanor
- Very good German and English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,375.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
