Your role: Second director in the kitchen

Like an assistant director behind the scenes, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You support the kitchen management, coordinate the team, and make sure every detail is perfect. With a keen eye for the big picture, precision, and technical skill, you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. 

Your tasks

  • Close collaboration with the head chef 
  • Organization and coordination of kitchen operations 
  • Management and development of the kitchen team 
  • Ensuring quality, hygiene, and standards 
  • Active participation in preparation and service

Your profile

  • Completed culinary training
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position or as an experienced chef de partie with managerial responsibilities
  • High standards for product quality, craftsmanship, and presentation
  • Sense of responsibility for hygiene, order, and efficient processes
  • Organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture
  • Independent, structured work style and reliability
  • Team spirit, loyalty, and a calm, solution-oriented approach

Salary

The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,375.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
