Your role: Paving the way for the stay
You’ll prepare for our guests’ arrival and guide them through every stage of their stay. As a doorman, concierge, or guest relations representative, you’ll serve as a visible and reliable point of contact. You’ll offer a warm welcome, coordinate behind the scenes, and often anticipate needs before they’re even voiced—ensuring that one experience flows seamlessly into the next.
Your tasks
- A warm welcome and farewell for our guests, as well as personalized assistance during their stay
- Assistance with arrival, luggage, and orientation in the building
- Independently handling guest requests and inquiries
- Organizing transfers, reservations, and individual requests
- Recommending excursions, restaurants, and activities with tact
- Maintaining discretion and respecting our guests’ privacy
- Close collaboration with the front desk, service, and spa
- Communicating and coordinating with housekeeping, the kitchen, and other departments

Your profile
- Experience in guest services, concierge, or front-of-house roles, ideally in the 4- or 5-star hotel industry
- Class B driver's license
- Good local knowledge or willingness to acquire it quickly
- Strong service orientation and a passion for personal interaction
- Friendly, charming demeanor
- Excellent intuition regarding people, situations, and atmosphere
- Discretion and respectful interaction with guests
- Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain an overview
- Well-groomed appearance and a calm demeanor
- Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,088.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant premium is provided.
