Behind the scenes, where tranquility reigns, you play a key role in ensuring our guests’ well-being. As a massage therapist or physical therapist, you help them unwind. With your professional expertise, calm demeanor, and keen understanding of people, you build trust—the foundation for genuine, personalized relaxation, delivered with respect and care.
Your tasks
- Providing massages and/or physical therapy treatments
- Offering specialized massages such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Ayurveda, or sports massages (golf & sports recovery)
- Tailoring treatments to the individual needs of guests
- Creating a calm, trusting atmosphere
- Mindful, discreet interaction with our guests
- Preparation and cleanup of treatment rooms
- Adherence to high hygiene and quality standards
- Close collaboration with the front desk and spa team

Your profile
- Completed professional training as a massage therapist and/or physical therapist
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel of a comparable category
- Additional training (e.g., Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi Nui) is a plus
- An understanding that well-being is created through attention to detail
- Enjoyment of helping people consciously unwind from their daily lives
- A very high degree of empathy and professionalism
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility
- Well-groomed appearance & professional, structured work style
- Fluency in German and advanced English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,165.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
