Your role: Make-up artist:in of well-being
At the spa, you’re close to your guests and give them your full attention. You perform treatments with calm, care, and professional expertise. You assess their skin, needs, and the situation at hand, and tailor your treatments accordingly—clearly and reliably.
Your tasks
- Providing high-quality facial and body treatments
- Providing personalized consultations to our guests with warmth and expertise
- Creating a calm, trusting treatment atmosphere
- Treating our guests with care and discretion
- Preparing and cleaning up the treatment rooms
- Adherence to high hygiene and quality standards
- Close collaboration with the front desk and spa team

Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a cosmetologist
- Professional and technical expertise, ideally in a comparable hotel category
- An understanding that a sense of well-being is created through attention to detail
- Enjoyment in helping people take a conscious break from everyday life
- A very high degree of empathy and professionalism
- Calm, pleasant demeanor and confident presence
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility
- Well-groomed appearance & confident demeanor
- A meticulous, structured approach to work
- Fluency in German and advanced English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,165.00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary increase is provided for.
